8. JOINTHOUSINGLANDLORDSERVICES
The Committeeconsideredthe reportwhichwaspresentedbythe CorporateDirector,Planning and Communities,Shepway District Council.
The Committeerequestedthatthe minutesfromthe overviewandscrutinycommitteesfromeachlocalauthorityinthe partnershipthathasreviewedthisitemandnotesoftenantgroupmeetings,becirculatedfor thenextmeeting.The Committeerecognisedandendorsedthe needfor robust tenantinvolvementandthe critical role ofindependent tenantadvisors.
