Gifts and Hospitality received by councillors must be declared before the end of 28 days beginning with the day of receipt/acceptance and notified to the Monitoring Officer. Gifts or Hospitality below the value of £100 does not need to be declared. However, for the purposes of transparency, any councillor can voluntarily declare lower value gifts and hospitality.
