The meetings that will be broadcast are as follows: (a) Council; (b) Cabinet; (c) Dover Joint Transportation Advisory Board; (d) General Purposes Committee; (e) Electoral Matters Committee; (f) Governance Committee; (g) Planning Committee; (h) General Purposes Committee and (i) Overview and Scrutiny Committee.
For those meetings that are being broadcast there will be a link to view the live broadcast under the ‘Media’ heading below. Only those items not restricted on the agenda will be broadcast.

Performance Report - Second Quarter 2017/18 To consider the recommendations of the Scrutiny (Policy and Performance) Committee (to follow). Minutes: It was agreed:
(a) That the Scrutiny (Policy and Performance) Committee’s endorsement of Cabinet decision CAB 99, made at its meeting held on 14 November 2017 (Minute No 96), be acknowledged.
(b) That Cabinet decision CAB 99 be reaffirmed. |

Responsibility: Portfolio Holder for Built Environment Additional documents: Minutes: It was agreed that the Authority Monitoring Report 2016/17, as set out at Appendix 1 to the report, be approved, noting the revised figure of 5.65 years’ supply of land for housing, and made available on the Council’s website. |
