Not all meetings are broadcast. The meetings that will be broadcast are as follows: (a) Council; (b) Cabinet; (c) Dover Joint Transportation Advisory Board; (d) General Purposes Committee; (e) Electoral Matters Committee; (f) Governance Committee; (g) Planning Committee; (h) General Purposes Committee and (i) Overview and Scrutiny Committee.
For those meetings that are being broadcast there will be a link to view the live broadcast under the ‘Media’ heading below. Only those items not restricted on the agenda will be broadcast.

Minutes: It was agreed that the decisions of the meeting held on 17 January 2022, as detailed in decision numbers CAB 69 to CAB 76, be approved as a correct record and signed by the Chairman. |

Council Budget 2022/23 and Medium-Term Financial Plan 2022/23-2025/26 To consider the attached report of the Head of Finance and Investment.
Responsibility: Portfolio Holder for Finance, Governance, Digital and Climate Change Additional documents: Minutes: It was agreed:
(a) That, subject to corrections being made to the report (General Fund budget deficit of £37,000 for 2022/23 and a General Fund budget forecast of £1.6 million), the General Fund Revenue Budget, the Capital and Special Projects Programmes, the Housing Revenue Account budget and the content of the Medium-Term Financial Plan (MTFP), as proposed in Appendix 1 of the report, be forwarded to the Overview and Scrutiny Committee for consideration.
(b) That the draft budget be placed on the Council’s website for comments.
(c) That it be noted that the remaining annexes, including the Council Tax Resolution and Treasury Management, Investment and Capital Strategies will be added to the MTFP, and other minor adjustments made, before being presented to Council in March. |

Consultation on Public Spaces Protection Order To consider the attached report of the Strategic Director (Corporate Resources) and Chief Executive.
Responsibility: Portfolio Holders for Transport, Licensing & Regulatory Services and Community and Corporate Property Additional documents:
Minutes: It was agreed that, in accordance with Section 72 of the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014, the commencement of statutory and public consultation on the draft Public Spaces Protection Order for a period of three weeks be approved. |
