The meetings that will be broadcast are as follows: (a) Council; (b) Cabinet; (c) Dover Joint Transportation Advisory Board; (d) General Purposes Committee; (e) Electoral Matters Committee; (f) Governance Committee; (g) Planning Committee; and (h) Overview and Scrutiny Committee.
For those meetings that are being broadcast there will be a link to view the live broadcast under the ‘Media’ heading below. Only those items not restricted on the agenda will be broadcast.

Broadcasting of Council Meetings PDF 226 KB To consider the report of the Monitoring Officer. Minutes: The Democratic and Corporate Services Manager presented the report on the Broadcasting of Council Meetings.
Members were advised that officers were requesting the recommendation in the report be amended to clarify that the intention was to apply to meetings of the Executive, Council and Committees.
It was moved by Councillor T J Bartlett, and duly seconded by Councillor T A Bond
RESOLVED: (a) That the broadcast of Executive, Council and Committee meetings during a six-month trial period be authorised commencing with immediate effect.
(b) That the Democratic and Corporate Services Manager be authorised to manage all aspects of the broadcast of Executive, Council and Committee meetings.
