Meeting

East Kent Services Committee
Wednesday, 20th September, 2017 10.30 am, CANCELLED

  • How to watch remote meetings of the Council
  • The Council, subject to approval by the full Council on 19 May 2021, will live broadcast the majority of its meetings during Step 3 of the Government's Roadmap in order to provide an alternative to attending the council offices in person for members of the public. Where a meeting is broadcast live, the link to the meeting will be displayed below a few days prior to the meeting. The Council will not retain copies of the broadcast of any meeting.

In accordance with the restrictions on indoor gatherings, the Council has a greatly reduced capacity in its Council Chamber. This means that once the elected members and officers who have to attend the meeting are present there will be a very reduced provision for members of the public to attend - usually single figure numbers. When those limits are reached no further members of the public will be admitted. You are therefore encouraged to view the meetings online rather than attend in person.

For meetings where there is provision for public speaking, this will take the form of a written statement of up to 500 words to be read out by an officer at the meeting.

No documents are available for this meeting

Proposed venue: The Guildhall - Westgate, Canterbury. View directions
