Water is a basic human right. Although there are currently shops that offer a refill service for water bottles in Dover, what happens when these shops shut? Drinking water should be accessible twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Not only would this be great for the homeless but it would also aid in Dover's aim to reduce plastic by offering a point for people to refill their reusable bottles.
