            The Portfolio Holder for Community and Corporate Property is responsible for:


v  Managing the Council’s assets and property

v  Encouraging, sporting and leisure activities, as well as acting as a champion for vulnerable, disadvantaged, disabled and elderly people within the District

v  Promoting good quality events management

v  Encouraging good standards of public behaviour, acting to ensure that

v  enforcement action is taken against anti-social behaviour

v  Kent County Council lead

v  Promoting a culture of pride and community spirit in the District

v  To act as the Council’s Armed Forces Champion
