The provisions of Part Vl of the Local Government Act 1972; the Openness of Local Government Bodies Regulations 2014; and the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Meetings and Access to Information) (England) Regulations 2012 do not apply to meetings of this Advisory Group so as to require its meetings to be open to the public.
