To consider the attached report of the Head of Finance & Investment and the Monitoring Officer.

Councillor H M Williams introduced the report on the Revision to Contract Standing Orders.

It was moved by Councillor H M Williams, duly seconded by Councillor S H Beer, and

RESOLVED:   That the Council, acting on the recommendation of the Governance Committee and the Monitoring Officer, adopt the revised Contract Standing Orders as appended to the report.

To consider the attached report of the Head of Finance & Investment and Monitoring Officer.

The Head of Finance and Investment presented the Revision to Contract Standing Orders report to the Committee. The report highlighted a typographical error for correction and two proposed amendments for inclusion in the Contract Standing Orders that were last updated and adopted on 25 January 2023.

RESOLVED:   That the Governance Committee recommend to Council that the revised Contract Standing Orders appended to the report be adopted.
