To consider the attached report of the Head of Commercial Services.

Appendix 4 of the report is included in the private part of the agenda as it contains information which is exempt under Paragraph 3 (Information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding that information)) of Part I of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972.

It was agreed:

(a)  That the grant of a lease of the Marke Wood Pavilion to the Cinque Ports Football Club, for a term of two years, be approved.

(b)  That the Strategic Director (Operations and Commercial) be authorised to agree the detailed terms of the lease.

(c)   That, in recognition of the high level of public interest, a working group, comprising trustees, officers and community representatives, be established to consider the future viability of the building.
