- Peter Jull - Voluntary Announcement of Other Interest - Councillor P D Jull made a Voluntary Announcement of Other Interests by reason that he, like the applicant, was a member of Deal and Walmer Chamber of Trade. He also stated that he knew some of the objectors. However, he was of the view that none of these persons was an ‘Associated Person’ for the purposes of the Kent Model Code of Conduct.
